Rebalance accepts cash and personal checks as payment as well as major credit cards through Google Invoice (must be arranged and paid prior to appointment).
Referral Appreciation Program
For each new client who mentions that you referred them (either on the intake form or during the first session) we will record an additional 15 minutes credit for you toward a future treatment. You may use these credits toward whole sessions (minimum of 3) or use any number to upgrade appointments. You may apply a minimum of 4 referral credits toward a gift certificate. No monetary value. Cannot be combined with promotional vouchers.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments - if less or no notice is given the client is responsible for the full fee of the session.
Appropriate Behavior
Draping is always used, and any inappropriate non-professional behavior will not be tolerated -- the session will be terminated immediately. I only do professional, therapeutic, draped massage. No exceptions.
Medical Conditions
Please let the therapist know prior to the appointment if you are undergoing chemotherapy, have been involved in a car accident, or had a recent injury or pregnancy. Clients need to disclose all important medical information on the intake form and to the therapist before the appointment. If this is not done the therapist cannot be responsible for any medical repercussions. If it is determined that massage or muscular therapy is not appropriate the session may be cancelled or rescheduled.
In the event you are sick with a cold, flu or virus, etc., please reschedule your appointment, since bodywork/exercise may do more harm than good.
